If you are a fan of ’70s rock, you may want to head to Rocky Mount, Va.’s new Harvester Performance Center on Sunday, Aug. 10, to catch FireFall performing hits including “Cinderella,” “Just Remember I Love You” and “You are the Woman.”
Tickets for the 7:30 p.m. show are $28.50 and still available at the door. VIP tickets are $60 and include a meet & greet with photo op, seat choice and sound check.
According to the Harvester website, for founders Jock Bartley (vocals, guitar), David Muse (vocals, sax. flute, keyboards) and Mark Andes (vocals, bass) Firefall is a 30-year labor of love. Their layered harmonies backed by driving rhythms transcends many genres from rock to country to AC and brought the band platinum and gold success with such hits as “Strange Way,” “Livin’ Ain’t Livin” and “Mexico,” among others. The band has toured extensively with Fleetwood Mac, The Doobie Brothers, Chicago, America and many others.
