Jason Adamo Presents: North Carolina Songwriters in the Round at Cary Theater at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3

North Carolina Songwriters in the Round returns to The Cary Theater at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3. This year’s showcase features two sets of songwriters sharing the stories behind the songs they’ve written, performing in the round, Nashville style.

Performers include Jason Adamo, Stephen Jenkins, George Hage, Reeve Coobs, Julie Mcknight, Jeremy Gilchrist, Brooke Hatala and Amy Gerhartz.

New Reveille set to release debut album, ‘The Keep,’ on Sept. 7

The Americana band, New Reveille, which recently signed a label and management deal with Loud & Proud Records, will release “The Keep” on Sept. 7, 2018.  Nashville-based producer / engineer Ben Fowler (Rascal Flatts, Ruby Amanfu, Lucy Hale, Kip Moore), a Multi-Platinum, Grammy Award winning, ACM Engineer of the Year nominee, produced their debut release, according to a press release. George Hage of Jack the Radio to perform free, acoustic set at Muddy Creek Cafe on Friday, Aug. 18

George Hage, of Raleigh-based indie rockers Jack the Radio fame, will make a slight departure from the band’s bigger sound by performing a solo, acoustic set from 7-9 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 18, at the Muddy Creek Cafe, 5455 Bethania Road, in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. The event is free and open to the public.
