Rooster Walk Music and Arts Festival has added five more bands to its already impressive lineup for Rooster Walk 7 set for May 21-14 at Pop’s Farm in Axton, Va. The acts are MerleFest and FloydFest favorites Donna the Buffalo as well as the People’s Blues of Richmond, Stop Light Observations, The Congress and Anthony Rosano & The Conqueroos. The addition of these five awesome bands nearly completes the lineup headlined by Yonder Mountain String Band and more than a dozen other heavy hitters, including Lake Street Dive, the Steep Canyon Rangers, Southern Culture on the Skids, Particle, Mountain Heart and Yarn, according to Johnny Buck, Rooster Walk Music and Arts Festival executive director and co-founder.
“Rooster Walk is thrilled to add Donna the Buffalo, PBR and the other newly announced acts to our Memorial Day weekend festival,” he said. “It is sure to be an unbelievable night of amazing music.”
